The Tunstall Gem4
The Tunstall Gem4 is a new wearable 4G mPERS device, designed to help the user raise a call for assistance when out and about. It reduces the risk to an individual by quickly connecting them to Tunstall’s 24/7 Customer Care Centre and identifying their location so that assistance can reach them quickly
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The Tunstall Gem4 is $250 RRP (excluding postage & installation). Funding options for eligible HCP, NDIS, DVA clients and other participating programs are available; please contact our team to discuss your best options.
KEY FEATURES
• Easy to use SOS button to raise an alarm
• GPS location to accurately locate the wearer
• Connects to 24/7 Customer Care Centre
• Automatic fall detection alert (if enabled)
• Open voice communication, allowing the wearer to speak directly with a Customer Care Consultant
• SOS activation can be triggered via the charging base if the device is within Bluetooth range and sufficiently charged.

The Tunstall Gem4 can be worn around the neck, and allows the user to generate an alarm call when they are out of home by pressing the SOS button, which connects the device to Tunstall’s 24/7 Customer Care Centre.
An alarm call is triggered after pressing the SOS button for approximately 2 seconds, after which time the user will hear a voice prompt confirming the activation.
In case of false alarm, or if ending a call, the user can press the SOS button again to cancel the call.

The Tunstall SmartLink Guardian 4G has been designed to provide clients with the freedom and peace of mind in that, should they need assistance or help, it is available to them 24 hours a day with the simple press of a button.

The Tunstall SmartLink Guardian 4G is $46.50/month RRP (excluding postage & installation). This covers the alarm rental as well as 24/7 monitoring via our Customer Care Centre. KEY FEATURES
The modern slim line design of the Tunstall SmartLink Guardian 4G allows it to be installed unobtrusively anywhere and is ready when clients need help. Help can be summoned by pressing a button on your personal pendant, which you can wear both inside your home or outside in the garden, ready for any emergency, giving you the freedom you enjoy for total control at all times.
The Tunstall SmartLink Guardian 4G has been built to the highest of technical standards for the protection of people and property and manufactured to Australian and International quality standards.
The Tunstall SmartLink Guardian 4G can be supplied with additional fixed or portable pendants, which can be worn or placed around the home as needed.
